Charity benefits from March on Stress Christmas wishes

Instead of sending Christmas cards this year, March on Stress has donated money to www.adamshoofinghut.com, a charity set up in memory of a young Royal Marine who lost his life in Afghanistan in 2010. The charity's aim is to buy a beach hut on the South Coast to be enjoyed by Royal Marines and their families in need of a quiet place to relax and reflect.

Professor Neil Greenberg, March on Stress founder and director, said; "We wanted to send all of the people we work with our very best festive wishes and do something 'in the spirit of Christmas' at the same time. Therefore, we made a donation to Adam's Hoofing Hut and then wrote to all of our clients and contacts to let them know and, at the same time, wish them a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from March on Stress.

"We have two ex-Marines on our team and work with many more - particularly in the security industry - and so we felt this was an appropriate charity for our donation this year. And who knows - maybe the fact that we have told a few more people about Adam's Hoofing Hut means that a few more donations will be made."
