Why is StRaW the right training for me?
StRaW is our mental health at work training. As well as providing delegates with education and information about mental health, it is a peer support system which provides attendees with an evidence-based checklist of ‘what to look out for’ in terms of detecting people are functioning poorly at work.
March on Stress Managing Director, Professor Neil Greenberg said: “What matters is for peers and colleagues, and of course family and friends, to be able to detect if a work colleague is having a tough time so they can support, assist or refer on the individual as required. The StRaW course teaches delegates exactly how to do that.”
