March On Stress

We are holding a TRiM Practitioner refresher course on 8th April 2025 – booking is open now to previously trained TRiM Practitioners looking to refresh their skills.

The course will be delivered remotely, via Zoom, and will run from 9am to 5pm.

As per the March on Stress TRiM Code of Conduct and Standards, TRiM Practitioners should undertake a refresher every two years (or more frequently if not utilising TRiM regularly).

If it has been longer than two years since your initial TRiM Practitioner training, or if you were trained by a different provider originally, please get in touch to discuss refresher options.

TRiM by March on Stress Practitioner Refresher training is a one-day course and includes:

• Latest information and documentation, focusing on up-to-date research and best practice.
• Revision of key theory behind TRiM.
• Revision on key elements of the TRiM process including conducting one-to-one and group risk assessments and the one-month follow up assessment.
• The opportunity to carry out practical exercises, under the supervision and guidance of TRiM experts.
• Professional advice about how to develop and maximise the benefits of TRiM in your organisation.

Due to the nature of the content and structure of our TRiM courses, and to ensure you can gain the maximum from the training, we keep our course numbers small. As with our full TRiM courses, we also offer corporate training options for refreshing your TRiM Practitioners and Managers, where we can come to your organisation either in person or via remote means. Delegates will receive relevant course materials as well as a certificate of attendance, which can be used for inclusion in a CPD file. Our one-day TRiM Practitioner refresher course provides 6 hours of CPD.
