Could Advanced Mentoring Skills help you?

Advanced Mentoring Skills is a one day course, designed and delivered by mental health professionals.

The course provides attendees with the tools and knowledge, and a variety of supportive techniques, to help colleagues who have experienced challenging events; it’s particularly suited to those in managerial positions or for HR and occupational health staff.

Topics covered will include:

• strategies to overcome resistance to referral/accessing treatment
• stress reduction techniques
• problem solving skills
• an overview of basic cognitive behavioural therapy approaches

Our next training dates for AMS are as follows:

• 30 January 2015 (Exeter)
• 1 May 2015 (Exeter)

These dates follow our next TRiM Practitioner and Manager training and AMS is an excellent training add on for TRiM-trained personnel.
