Professor Neil Greenberg is speaking at the Maudsley Learning ‘Why Mental Health Matters’ conference in London today, Thursday 28 January 2016.
The event is the third annual conference from Maudsley Learning, with this year’s programme built around employee wellbeing in the workplace, building resilience in employees and understanding the role technology can play in the area.
Professor Greenberg said: “Supporting employee wellbeing in the workplace can have an extremely positive impact on an individual’s overall wellbeing, while improving their resilience and their performance at work.
“Many organisations are now recognising the importance of supporting the wellbeing of their staff, including through peer support programmes and mental health policy, and events like today help to inform as well remove the stigma of mental health at work.”
