March on Stress Director, Professor Neil Greenberg, has worked closely with NHS England & Improvement and Public Health England during the past 18 months of the Covid-19 pandemic.

In a new article, he discusses in excellent clarity the concept of ‘Moral Injury’ and how this has been present for our healthcare workers during the pandemic.

Importantly, he also provides advice and information on how to make a difference in alleviating moral injury.
