Health and Wellbeing at Work gets underway in Birmingham tomorrow, with members of the March on Stress team part of the excellent speaker line up at the two-day event.
On day one, Tuesday 15th March, Operations Manager and Senior Trainer, Zoé Brooke, will be speaking about the ‘Psychological Wellbeing of Volunteers’. In addition to her role at March on Stress, Zoé volunteers with The First Aid Nursing Yeomanry (FANY). Don’t miss this great chance to learn from her extensive experience and advice for supporting the wellbeing of volunteers.
On day two of the event, Wednesday 16th March, Managing Director Professor Neil Greenberg, will speak about ‘Team Resilience – How Does It Work and How to Improve It’. This is sure to be an insightful talk from Neil, who is an expert in the field of workplace mental health and outside of March on Stress is Professor of Defence Mental Health at King’s College London.
