Responder wellbeing – new online resource

A new online resource to support responder wellbeing has been developed by the Resuscitation Council UK (RCUK) – with March on Stress Managing Director, Professor Neil Greenberg, one of the expert authors of the guidance.

The resource has been written for all responders to provide an overview of responder wellbeing, de-stigmatise common experiences to encourage help seeking if needed and to highlight opportunities for individual responders, teams and leaders at all levels to improve responder wellbeing.
