Reflecting on another fantastic TRiM masterclass!

On 9th January 2025, we hosted our second in a series of TRiM Masterclasses – this time with a focus on type two trauma. Led by Operations Director, and TRiM expert, Gavin Rogers, the session was excellent, and we were once again joined by a fantastic group of attendees. Read more here.

Huge thanks to University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS for sharing how the peer support programme Sustaining Resilience at Work (StRaW®) has worked in their organisation.

StRaW has become a trusted resource for staff, complementing existing support services like Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Occupational Health, and the suite of options available through the wellbeing timetable.
