March On Stress

March on Stress offers pre-recruitment psychological health assessment to assist organisations in the recruitment process.

The comprehensive assessment is role-dependant and carried out through a combination of online questionnaires, teleconference or face-to-face interviews. Certification is provided to the employer at the conclusion of the assessment.

This process can then dovetail into the Operational or Occupational Wellness Service on an ongoing basis.
