March On Stress

Care for People half-day workshop

March on Stress has teamed up with Altor Risk Group to offer a series of free workshops at a special half-day event.

The workshops will include an introduction from March on Stress to Trauma Risk Management (TRiM) and Trauma Awareness, aimed at senior leaders and HR personnel in the Oil and Gas Industry.

March on Stress will highlight the psychological risks associated with working in hazardous or hostile environments and how organisations can reap moral, legal and economic benefits by building psychological resilience through the prevention, detection and treatment of mental health issues. TRiM empowers organisations to discharge their duty of care while promoting a proactive and resilient stance to the effects of potentially traumatic events.

Altor Risk Group is a specialist consultancy and training organisation focusing on risk and the management of major accident hazards. They will provide workshops on Family Liaison and Relative Response and Offshore Crisis Intervention.

This half-day event will take place on Tuesday 28 January 2014 in Aberdeen.
